1 peice shaft for HD trucks?

My mid-ship bearing is broken. I was wondering if there is a replacement bearing available or do I need to just buy a good used/new front section?

Also...would a one peice shaft work? I work at a salvage yard and I have a 4x2 supercrew cab aluminum shaft. Would that work if I put the front yoke from the HD on there? I know the trans are 4R100 vs 4R70W. I'm gonna try it tomorrow to get this truck driveable, but wanted to know if anybody has done it.

Measure the driveshaft from the other truck and see if it'll work

the 4R100 is longer, you'd need to shorten the aluminum driveshaft.

plus if the 4x2 screw is a 4.6 the diff is smaller, making the driveshaft longer
