At Leer ask for Jessica or Amanda (1-800-525-8046) - My cover ordered 1st wk January - tentatively scheduled for last week of June install - that's "unless we have production problems" and it's not a guaranteed date. - don't know why the long wait - All covers were supposed to be delivered and installed before the end of May!!

Call and find out where they are SHIPPING the cover. The authorized leer outlet where leer will actually mail the cover to is most likely where it will get installed.

My cover is set to be installed this saturday...however my dealership STILL claims to know SQUAT about it.

Amazing huh?

That's the correct phone. Those are the right people. You know where the call is going: "Ford Harley-Davidson Polymer Division"

Whut?

Question

Does anyone have the phone# for LEER that will work in Canada. The 1-800-525-8046 will not work up here.

You should check the letter you recived regarding you cover. I belive mine had a number for Canadians. If not try calling Ford and getting it from them.

I forgot about the letter, thanks. Have you heard anything about your cover LowRider, and how did the HD150 handle the snow over May long.

I'm not gettin my cover through Leer, I decided to go with an aftermarket one. I choose the cash. Haven't heard anything yet but I havent had mt truck for to long. So not exspecting to hear for awhile, seeing how slow it's taken for everyone else. Over May long, I was camping at Wypris. So didn't drive it to much in the snow, but when I did no problem. It was good. Got it dirty though head to toe. Still trying to clean up the dirt. What about you? Did you have any trouble?

as an fyi I did my HF 00 this winter but put regular F150 alum rims with General tires on for winter since I want to use this thing as a truck as well--worked great with about 400 lb of concrete mix in the box Only other thing I've done is put in a logoed bedliner from Ford for protection since I scratched the paint hauling a snow blower around a couple of times and its brakes didn't engage Surprised how well the Generals handled tho but driving a 2 wheel drive pickup in winter sure slows you doown

My Harley handled the white stuff better than my last Ford. Put about 200lbs of sand bags in the box and went through all kinds of snow and salt.

Leer gave me the delivery point here in San Antonio and said installation would be somewhere towards the end of June. I didn't get a lock. If you received a lock it should now be towards the beginning of June.

Whatever

Question

I just purchased my 00 used from a local dealer last week. This message board was the first time I have heard about the tonneau cover. Is there still hope since I am not the original owner?

Orig owner may have taken the cash option rather than the cover. See if you can track him down to confirm. Other option may be to contact Leer to see if you can buy seperately.
