Can any body tell me if Ford is going to make a 2002 or 2003 4x4 F-150 Harley ?

 

I don't think the HD F150 suites itself as a 4x4. This is supposed to be a performance vehicle. Someone else posted a link about a 2003 HD with the Lightning Engine.
