Someone must have one by now...
Are they still coming with the bed mat? Also, how 'bout the plaques, jackets, etc? I guess the one I have on order will be the 1st to come in at my dealer and they aren't sure about any of this "stuff".

 

Got ours ordered, ETA in April....bedmat was an option, haven't heard about the other goodies

From what I've heard, the 2001's will not be coming with the jackets, as the 2000's did. The jackets for us were just some compensation for us having to wait for our Leer Hard bed covers, (which the 2001's also do not come with). As for the plaques, certificates, etc. I've heard nothing about them for the 2001's, as they are second in the series. The 2000's were first, so they may have decided to give more recognition for that reason.

I just picked up my 2001 HD Screw from my dealer in Corpus Christi Texas! They said this is the first one they have had and it didn't sit on their show room long before I grabed it. I had purchased a 2001 Screw with the Lariat package the day prior from them and brought it back to them because the 60/40 bench seats were no comfortable to me (too spongy soft; guess I like a more firm seat and ride), any way they let me back out of the deal and I was looking their lot over for something else when I noticed this truck. WOW what a truck. It rides and drives more like a sports car than the other trucks and that is exactly what I like. So now it's mine and I am one happy camper. My truck is last three VIN # 585. Does this mean this is the 585th 2001 HD Screw built or just the 585th 2001 Screw? Anybody know? Also does anybody know if the 2001 purchasers will be getting the goodies like I hear last years buyers got. The Lid for the bed would be very welcome indeed! The MSRP on my truck was 35,725 with adds being moonroof, sliding rear window and 6 disc changer.
