Question Rear View Mirror

Anyone know how to remove the rear view mirror? Just got a billet mirror and can't figure out how to remove the screw cover. Don't want to break anything. Any ideas?
Thanks

I just looked this up on my service CD. Apparently Ford makes a special tool to remove the mirror. If you look at the bottom of the mirror bracket, under the cover you are refering to, you will see a slot. There is a retaining clip inside the slot that must be released while gently pulling up on the mirror and it will come off. There is NO screw, it just clips in place. I would just drop by the dealer and have them use the tool to pull off the mirror
