Just trying to find out what the price of these 150's are. I seen one in my town and they look pretty sweet.

Hey Steveo

They are stickered at (atleast mine was)$33.600. I think alot of people paid less than that but I know some dealers were charging as much as $5000 over. How much they actually ended up getting I guess depended on the size of the buyer's wallet and how bad they wanted one.

Got mine Sept 22 for about 8% below sticker in Ontario, Canada. In Aug with 2 dealers, couldn't get a deal--sticker only. Guess Sept was 2000 year clear out. Got a written 10% off sticker last week with the one Aug dealer in 30 seconds--he'd had it for about 6 weeks and wanted to move it. Didn't tell him I'd already bought. But I'm happy with my deal ck

I noticed there are three Harley F-150's for sale in town (Tacoma). One new dealer and two on a used car lot. The two are going for less than 30K.... I think one has about 500 miles on it. Of course I payed much more than MSRP for mine....Darn..

Just saw one today while at local dealer looking for a Lightning and they wanted $42k. I've been looking for a lightning to replace my 97 Lariat but its pretty slim pickings here in vegas.

Dealer I bought from had 4 Lightnings on the lot--would not move off sticker. Although sticker almost same--in fact less than the HD--had no problem dealing on the HD. The deal was done on the phone in less than 10 min. SVT product carries a cachet that dealers seem to abide by--very difficult to negotiate. When I bought my SVT Contour 2 years ago, it took almost 2 hours to negotiate the price of the sunroof (a supposed no-cost option) off sticker. I was happy since I got the car I wanted in the colour I wanted but really pissed off with the process. They knew I wanted it! Trick seems to be deal directly with Sales Manager or at a small dealer--the owner. If they want to move product, you can get a written fair price--some dealer profit--in less than 5 min. Any longer, go shopping. Boards like these really help. Since demand in the US seems to be higher than here in Canada so some areas might warrant a premium but if you read these forums you can also find dealers who won't overcharge. Dealers up here seem to be pissed with Ford since they were led to believe the HD150 would be limited edition and only produced a year here and a year there until 2005. With Ford now seeming prepared to produce an edition each year till then, exclusivity has disappeared so price negotiation is a lot easier. I've also seen a tire dealer less than 60 miles away selling HD rims and tires, brand new, set of 4, for $3900 Cnd. Where did he get them???
I'm happy with my deal since I do have a unique pickup--they aren't everywhere and they are definately one of the sharpest looking things on 4 wheels most people have ever seen Enjoy if you own one. I do.

Thumbs up

Probably not a lot of help, but one dealer here in Des Moines, Iowa had one advertised in the paper for 28K. Just to let you know.

I bought a new one, right off the showroom floor. I paid full price whic included 2400.00 markup. However I traded in my 99 transam with over 17,000 miles, and got 2700.00 over bluebook trade in for it.. so I ended up getting a pretty good deal.
