Will 305-45-22 tire fit on the 2010 Harley?

These tires do rub on the lower control arm (aluminum) at full lock. I don't think that it will hurt anything. And I have no irregular wear of any kind so far. The rubbing is just a little peeve but its rare as it is only when it's turned as far as it goes to the right when the truck is in motion.

Decided today to install a set of 1/4" spacers on the front wheels. When I removed the wheels I found that they are also rubbing on the sway bar quite a bit. With the spacers installed it changed the angle enough that they have enough clearance around everything. Seems good so far! Was sick of smelling burning rubber after a series of turns. No damage to the tires at all though so that's good.

Check this pic from my album. The fronts stock out a hair, but the backs don't. Maybe 1/4"...

I had wanted 305-45-22's but no one at the time was trying that size for fear of having a rubbing issue.
If you Helo's are in the same offset range at the stock HD wheels you'll have no issues at all. I had no rubbing or any uneven wear at all.

No rubbing at all on the stock Harley Davidson 22's (22x9 +44 offset).

I punched in both of our specs into the site (hopefully it shows in the above link) and as you can see your setup pushes your wheels/tires out just a hair more than mine so you should be fine.
This next link below shows what a 305-45-22 on your wheels looks like compared to a 305-40-22.

Looks like you should be fine with the 45 series tires.
Here's a google searchlink to a guy with pics of his white Limited with 305-45-22's.

Ya a hair more sidewall certainly won't hurt.
I hummed and hawed big time over going with the 45 series but no one had done it at that time so I was worried and in the end stayed with what others had done.
