Harley Davidson Lights?

Hey Guys/Gals,

Just wondering what the difference is between the regular F150 Taillights and the Harley Davidson ones (I've got the new style F150). Are they tinted from factory already? Or, are they the same.

Only reason I'm asking is because if they are tinted. Tasca Ford Parts are selling the Harley Taillights for roughly $30 each and the Headlights for $168 each.

I'm definetly thinking about getting the Harley Headlights, but if the tails are tinted, I'll pick them up as well. I don't know if I really want to pull my headlights apart, plus, they already have multiple stone chips in them to begin with.

Thanks,

The harley lights are usually tinted - and what I mean by that is the plastic (not the chrome parts where the light reflects and not the lenses either) are black.

Arrow Tint

It depends on the year. I have a 2000 Ford F-150 Harley Davidson edition and the tail lights are not tinted and neither are the headlights.

I also have a 2011 For F-150 Harley Davidson Edition and the tail lights and headlights are tinted ...

The lens isn't tinted, the plastic trim is just painted black.
