I test rode a 2006 HD SC, and it had vibrations in the steering wheel. I understand the ride will be a little rougher than a standard F150..

In fact, my 06 XLT SC with 18 inch OEM wheels, rides like it is on a cloud. That's with a trailer attached and by itself. The HD I test rode, couldn't match the ride of my truck.

I was thinking of trading on the 0% for 72 months, but not going to that expense and getting a bad ride..

Been running mine at 35 psi, the recommended stock setting, seems to ride nice never had any vibration in my rig. They do look a little squatty in sidewal but it will flex for ride quality.I think the truck handles much better than standard 18s and 17s.
