Question attn: 01-02 Harley owners

Hey guys, I have a 2001 Supercrew that I am turning into a harley clone. My question is that I have the harley front end valance on and I purchased a stull lower billet grille and I have no idea how to mount it. According to the instructions it appears that I am missing some sort of "lower valance support filler" Now I work for Ford and none of ouot illistrations show this part and we dont have any harley's, matter of fact no one in town does. Can anyone that owns a stock harley or who has done this mod, take a few pictures on the underside of their lower valance, I would appreciate it so much.

Thanks in advance! Kevin

kevin,
I have an '01 and as you know, the lower valance has the stock black plastic grille. Most aftermarket units "clamp" over the stockers. Some have fabricated "L" brackets so that the aftermarket grille sits flush inside the opening of the lower valance:

It is late/dark right now and I am driving to Vegas tomorrow, will snap a pix of the underside but not sure if I'll have access to a computer.

if you could do that, I would be greatful, if I cant get the stock unit, I want to see how its attached to fabricate something to work, my truck just looks weird with a giant lower hole in the valance.
