was up guys,I hit a cone on the high way the other day and bent up my sc intercoooler i need a new one but they want at ford like $600 for it so im tring to get something better for my buck you know.if any one can help me out with what i should do thanks in advance.

 

One of supporting vendors (I don't remember which one, but look around and check out what RobG has used on his truck) has MUCH better unit for less money.

Get the JDM cooler, as it cost under $500, and is at least twice the size as stock.

 

Try Ford Parts Online. Talk to Gary.

They sell discounted OEM parts. I had the same problem last summer, except I hit a 2" square metal door. Need a new front facia, grille, and IC heat exchanger.

Why can't you use a Hayden cooler and get some new lines made? They make all sizes and inlet/outlet configurations for $100. or less plus about $50. for the hoses.

 

I will sell you my stock one from a '02 HD, only 12000 miles on it....just thought I would try to get rid of it...!!

 

Call Anthony at JDM. They have OEM take-0ff's that they sell for $100.00.
