NE1 have the SoCal Speedshop lowering kit?

NE1 have the SoCal Speedshop lowering kit?
I am just wondering if the new leafs are supposed to have the urethane bump stops on one end or not. I guess I'll be calling them tomorrow, since I need to find out before installing them. I also got the shock extenders for better effective range of motion in my shocks with 4" drop in rear.
