Aside from the finger print coated black 2003 I saw at the LA auto show, I have yet to see any other 2003 Harley anywhere.

I've visited the dealers on weekends and have talked to some salesman as to when they will have one available. I mentioned awhile back in some post that the Tustin dealership was suppoed to get 12 the end of January. Well, it's the 29th and I just drove over there and nothing.

Been to several other dealerships and they say that they won't get any until February or March! Yet one guy said they had one and sold it already...then again, I don't believe he knew what he was talking about anyways? Too much time in the sun, I think.

Please, somebody tell me where I can finally see a 2-tone in So. Cal!

 

going through the same thing here! seems all these new people at ftw and here are getting their 03's, and about 1/2 of them twotones, but i haven't seen a single one yet in person, and i really want to!

Can't answer your question, but I can tell you this, There are no 2tones on the floor in NorCal either. When I ordered mine on the 20th they first tried to find one close to Sacramento. Through their computer they found three 2tones in all NorCal. But none of the dealers wanted to trade. According to my dealer one of them was going to SoCal. My dealer also told me that the 2tone was a late availability and were suprised when the order was excepted. The good news, for me anyway, is that I know what I'm getting. A week before I ordered mine there was a big bike show here in Sacramento. A 2tone HD was on display, but there was so much interest around it that I only saw it for about three minutes. Although it was enough to get me over to the dealership to order one. Anyway should be more coming soon.

 

I've seen 2 in Houston, one on the Hwy and one at a Halo burger and fries gathering...

i'm sure with time we'll see alot more two tones out there. there aren't even 3K 2003 HD's built yet, and the 2tones were put on hold for a few weeks to fix some paint problems, i still can't wait to see one though

 

Saw a two-tone at Elite Ford in Belleville, NJ on 1-18-03, and at the car show last weekend in the Meadowlands. Not my cup of tea. The solid black & DSG look much better IMHO. FYI both had a solid rear window...no slider.

 

I can't help you in Cali, but they are in Houston. I have seen a couple so far. There was one on a dealer lot last week, but it may be gone now-

Pioneer Ford in Pnx had 2 Black and 1 two-tone on the lot last weekend.

That's a bit closer than Houston.

 

I have yet to see a 2-tone Harley around in South Florida yet...

i just bought a 2003 # 619 in black still havent seen or heard of any floating around here in MA

 

I have spoken with the 2 Ford dealers here in Tucson and one of them got 2 of the 2 tones and the other was getting 3 of them. The 2 were already sold paid in full and the other dealership had one of them with a deposit on it--no eta on it or the other 2 it was getting. SO I got on the net and starting looking at the more rural Ford dealerships and found Oracle ford and scored my 03 all Black for 35K otd. I am glad I didn't get the 2 tone for the paint issues would have really put a damper on my joy of having one of these awesome trucks. The L's aren't even in the ballpark in comparison for there is none.

Just picked up my two tone yesterday in st pete. It will share the garage with my silver 01 L. Stopped at the freight company on the way home to pick up my long block from JDM. Nice ride.

You all need to come to Georgia!!! Have driven beside two of these on the road (know they were not the same truck - different dealer tags) and saw two "two-tones" at the dealer the other day.

 

All of them are in West Palm FL. Here I have seen them in all Ford dealers (1-4 black & 2T). Also saw 2 of them in a Margate (Broward) dealer (next to REM).
