I got a set of BellTech shackles from 4 Wheel Parts in Santa Clara. If you're in the area and want some shackles they will match any low price out there, whether it's a web pricing(before shipping) or a local distributor.

So far the quote for my muffler parts and install, is under $400. X-Pipe, (2) SISO Magnaflows, mandrel bending and using my stock tips for a side exit like the L.

Just an FYI so fellow members can save a few bucks.
