Is there a 20 inch drag radial?

Does anyone know of a 20 inch drag radial and if so where and how much???

NO WAY......I think the biggest is 18"

What I have read is that the "give" that a bigger sidewall has, the better bite you will get. (within reason).

Notice how the sidewalls ripple on the slicks when the vehcile launches? It is my understanding that if they did not do this, too much HP would go right to the ground and they would break loose.

Therefore, that is why the smaller diam of the rims... 15s mostly with some 16s.

I ordered 28" OD hoosier slicks on bogar 16" wheels which are as close to the stock OD I could find unless you go to the quick time pros. They have a 16" wheel version that has an OD very, very close to our stock tires.

In the end, the slicks were a little cheaper, a lot lighter, and a *slightly* better gear ratio can't hurt...
