ZoranC,

I have only 11,800 Miles on my truck at this time. As far as the tensioner goes, it really did not have a lot of play at the maximum extension due to the stop. It does have enough to get the stock belt off but I was hitting the tensioner stop to do so. You have to remove the tensioner from the mounting bracket anyway to remove the blower belt. So since it was off, I went ahead and spent an additional 5 mins removing the tensioner stop. To remove the tensioner you need to remove the bolt that holds the intercooler fluid tank and reposition it towards the battery. (I used a rope tied to the tank and then tied to the hood poistioning support) The tensioner is held on by 3 10MM bolts, two which are visible on top and one below the left side. (make sure you have removed your belt off the tensioner first). You can then remove the belt from around the radiator fan blades. Installation is just the reverse. I can say that removal of the tensioner stop has dramatically improved the range of the tensioner by 2X, which made reassembly a breeze.
