i think its just the stich pattern that makes it an optical illusion cuzz the seats look longer and skinnier but they really aren't.
if you look at this pic, you can see how they are bolstered pretty good

damn rob, after you bought all those custom L parts from babolt that said svt and lightning bolts engraved in the discs and all that, now you're gonna get the HD?

but i say definately go for it! i'd love to see what you would do with a HD after seeing the h00tersmobile up at Etown this summer!

i'll check for ya when i go back to the ford dealer to see if/when they are getting a 03 two toned in. last i heard they cancelled the order for it, but they may have changed their minds. I gotta get my foglights replaced, so i'll check when i go back.
maybe if you get the HD, you'll have it in time for the next east coast HD meet this spring. it would be great if you could make it, although i know its a really long drive for ya. i'll post a thread on it when the time gets closer so i have time to organize it and set a date and all to see who can make it and when's the best time and date

well keep us updated on the 03HD search. it would be great to have ya as part of the HD brotherhood!

*edit* o yeah, after you finish those pieces, any chance you'd be interested in doing a few more for me? if not its no big deal, and definately no big rush cuz i'll have to save up for a little while longer to afford some more to get done, but i'm thinking smoothed stock cowl and smoothed rear bumper plastic cap and end caps, but since the rear bumper plastic and end caps are thinner, i was thinking maybe just smoothed enough to get the texture out, but not the big ridges, that way it would be easier, and less work and stronger?)
