'03 Steering Wheel
I'm wondering if I can put my '01 HD steering wheel on my new '03 when it comes in... .

any thoughts?

I don't like the new steering wheel with the solid inner pieces.

it can be done, but you'd be best off having the dealer do it if they will. a few guys have done it before. Maybe instead of using a 01HD wheel, use a 03 Lightning wheel. those look the best so far IMO

Biggest concern
The biggest concern is the air bag and its deployment. If done correctly, you shouldn't ever have any problems. But then again, who ever wants to find out if there is one?

I have done this, and you will have to swap the clock spring and upper wiring harness as well. If I had to do it again, I could do it in two hours (both trucks).
