Well, i've had a few requests to make a thread on headlights and taillights, so i figured what the heck. and there isn't as many options with this as there were with that mile long tonneau thread, so it was pretty easy. LoL.

well, here ya's go

with taillights, you're best off going with oem ford stuff like the L tails cuz the quality is alot better, but the aren't for everybody, so here's alot more options beside them. if the aftermarket ones start to leak, a bead of clear silicone around the edge of the light lense usually fixes it

 

o yeah, and i have NO IDEA what most of these taillights are called cuz there are so many of them. i figured the pics will help you guys out enough. once you find one you like, but don't know what it is, just post the pic in the appearance forum or something and take it from there. i just made up my own names for these. LoL

for some reason, these tails with the chrome ring thing on them remind me of a space ship or something. LoL

 

 

don't forget with many of these tails you need shorter screws

 

these look pretty cool, and are a little different from the norm

 

the CF looks cool, but most of the time it looks really fake in person




these are cool if you want a stock red tails look, but a crystal lense



just some other less expensive options besides a whole new set of tails

 

on the tacky side of things, but might as well include them. LoL

hey josh - where can i get the all red lenses with the clear lens for the reverse light (the ones underneath the all red on the black lightning?

 

not sure, a member at the other site found me all those pics of the single lights and posted them for me to use. He said he got them off ebay though. he did a search for "f150" and got tons of taillights he said. give it a try and let me know what the name is if you find out and i'll edit the pic

maybe take that pic and cross post it over into the appearance forum here and see if anybody knows. sorry i can't help more

How much do those Alien Tails go for, and where can I find them. They are pretty sweet and not as popular as the lightnings.
