the LS typically holds its value very well. I'd be weary of one for that cheap. Then again, Ebay seems to be all over the place on pricing and doesn't necessarily reflect market value. That 3.9 V8 is a very smooth engine with good power too. I did a search for LS websites similar to the truck websites and all I found was www.llsoc.com They are very picky about letting people become a member. If you buy a car, they let you in for 6 months (must supply VIN). After that, its $35/year to be a part of their website. Kinda goofy if you ask me. I work for Ford, doing sheetmetal design for the next gen LS so I dropped them an application and mentioned that and they sent let me in for free. Don't know how long it will last though, may just be temporary. I just like to read the forums and see what they're doing to their cars and what they think of them. Kinda cool to hear them talking about what we work on.
