Computer troubles
I am hoping someone computer literate can give me some advice. 
My neighbor's computer wont run properly. On start up it says that it's infected with the Blink Virus. The mouse does'nt work and the graphics are all funky looking. I tried starting it up and putting a Norton disc in the CD drive but it did'nt even recognize it.
It's a PC running Windows 98 OS.
I dont know where to go from here. So any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
