I like Godsmack, Disturbed, System of a Down and 80's hair bands.

I just picked up a really cool CD. It's not heavy, but it's great cruzin music. The band is Gomez and the name of the CD is In Our Gun. It's killer.

Hey... for those of you who know me... I just bought a 2002 Mustang yesterday. Had to lower my car payments so I traded in my 300M and picked up a pretty stripped down Stang. Here she is...

A thread like this really shows the age differences.

Well I'm 30 and I like Tool & Perfect Circle, Incubus, System of a Down, Ear Shot, Quicksand, Flotsem and Jetsem, and many other "heavier" groups. I also like Ella, Dizzy, Thelonious,Cootie Williams, Cole Porter, and a bunch of the older jazz artists (I don't listen to jazz while driving though) I like some of the "acid jazz" too (you know, jazz with a hip-hop feel). I like some house, Fat Boy Slim, Chemical Brothers, Prodigy, God Lives Underwater, among others. The house is the suff I like when I'm, well, exceding the posted speed limit . I like some mellower stuff like Esthero, Portishead, Jeff Buckley, and a few others. I have the cd's that I bought years ago, Metallica, Chille Peppers, Smashing Pumpkins, Soul Coughing, Janes addiction, and all the others that I can't remember. I even have Blue Man Group, which is quite good!
I have compiled a decent cd collection over the years that I try to keep alive by listening to as many as possible. I like a lot of the newer stuff but have not forgotten why I bought the older ones.
