My step father and most of his family are vitamin freaks. they take colon cleaner (stronger than metamucil) every day.

Since my doctor visit, I have been excerising, taking about 8 garlic tablets per day, and eating more vegetables. I also take colon cleaner every other day. Colon cleaner is amazing stuff. I have read articles that a lot of people are loaded with toxic waste. Even regular people. It sure does make you feel better and I feel much better since doing all of this.

Triglycerides are a fatty substance found in the blood. They are part of your total cholesterol number. 1/5 of your triglycerides plus your HDL (the good cholesterol) plus your LDL ( the bad cholesterol) equals your total cholesterol number your doctor will give you. Triglycerides are primarily effected by genetics (your parents), high sugar (carb) intake such as alcohol (and I stress alcohol), simple sugars such as sodas and large quantities of fruit or fruit juice (high sugars), and for people very sensitive things such as beans and grain products. They are also effected by obesity (overweight) and lack of exercise. So what can you do? First line of defense is weight loss if you are overweight, regular exercise and diet changes. Diet changes would include limtied alcohol, less sugar intake (especially simple sugars such as sodas and fruit juices) and eating balanced meals that include some fat, protein and complex carbohydrates such as multiple grains, beans and vegetables. The type of fat is very important. Fat hard at room temperature should be avoided as much as possible. This include butter, margerine, cheese, candy bars, and fatty red meats. As mentioned earlier fish is a very good choice ( even the fatty fish if your not trying to lose weight). Peanut butter is not a bad choice (again, high in calories). Olive oil or canola oil should be your cooking staple. The key is a balanced diet with limited high sugar products, regular exercise and weight loss. If this fails then the next step would be medication.

What? I don't get it. Looking at F-150 Europe's pictures, you don't want the ladies to think that you're a hot tomato?

Fine, then be a cabbage head (or is that escarole in the second picture?).

Actually, he's only 18, so that explains why he's avoiding fruit 'cause we all know young fruits are green, hard, and sour...
