Anyone mess with any topspeed data files?

I'm trying to do some work for the dealership while im at home. I have a database file with some inventory in it that is a .tps file. I have figured out that the application was written in Clarion, so the file is a topspeed file, and i could use a topspeed odbc driver to open the file in MS access. But the driver isnt free or readily available to me, so does anyone else have any ideas on editing this .tps file so that i edit it at home, and just copy it back onto the computer at work?
