How many of you have had paranormal experiences? Or have ever seen a ghost? I know this sounds weird, and I'm not a wacko. But I've had an experience of my own. Maybe if someone could tell me about their experience, I would'nt think I'm crazy.

Ok. One of my friends and I were playing with a Oujii board(sp?), and I asked a spirit to show itself. Because my brother claims he saw a ghost (shadowy looking figure with red eyes, HE SAID.) in the upstairs of our house. I know he saw it, because he came running(almost falling) downstairs on the back of his heels, eyes as big as golf *****, and white as a ghost. He was scared out of his mind, and it takes alot to scare him. I know. I myself have sensed something up there. It feels like something is watching you all the time. We even saw a man's face in the TV upstairs, even when the TV was off. ( He looked like the Wizard in the Wizard of OZ or Merlin the Magician.) No joke! But anyway, after my friend left and went home, I was watching TV. And I was laying beside the fireplace. There was a 3'x2' mirror hanging over it. As I was laying there watching TV, I turned over and stared at the mirror, ( Don't ask me why, I just did.) As I was looking at it, my Mom was too for some odd reason??? Well, It fell off the wall like someone pulled or yanked it. And My Mom screamed out, And as I was rolling out of the way of the mirror, as it crashed into a thousand pieces right where I was laying. Weird huh? In other words, " I think our house is haunted by a ghost or poltierguist." This is freakin' weird. Crazy if you ask me. But, every word of it is true. That's all I have to say.

ooh, that's bad. If it's true and I'm not saying it's not, I would be out of that house so quick.

I actually haven't seen one but my grandmother passed away about a year ago in Mexico. My cousin hired a guy to go in and do some work to her house before they rented it out. So this guy goes to do the work and then doesn't come back the next day. My cousin goes to his house and the guy tells him that while he was working a lady kept on coming in from the back yard and watching him work. He said she told him to not come back the next day. My cousin thought that this guy must have been hitting the hooch or something so he asked him what the lady looked like and he described my dead grandmother perfectly including her favorite house dress. My cousin said the hair stood up on the back of his neck because this guy had never met my grandmother. SO now everyone is sort of freaked out about the place and they don't like to go there alone or ant night. I'm not sure if they've been able to rent it or not.

But at least she hasn't thrown a big mirror at anybody.

 

That's really weird. I heard that sometimes after a person dies, his/her spirit comes back to the place they loved the most. This may be the case with your Grandmother. By the way, sorry to hear about your Grandmother. I lost my Great Grandma almost two months ago.

 

I just lost my Dog I've had most of my life 2 months ago. He was 18 and I'm 19. He used to sleep in his bed right next to my head and he would always wake me up at night because he was adjusting himself and I could here his name tag jiggeling around and sometimes he would rub his head against my hand so I would start petting him(usualy he woke me up doing this in middle of the night)

About a week after he died I heard his tag jiggeling around close by my head at night and I felt a kind of cold breeze go onto my hand.
I still here him (not the tag so much but other things like walking and breathing-old dogs breath loud)and I feel his presents sometimes....it's weird but I know it's him.

 

Sorry to hear about your dog SPROCKET_X. But he knows where you are, and he came back. That's pretty neat.

 

speaking of ghosts...has anyone seen the movie "The Others"? its pretty freaky but really cool. kinda weird but like a few minutes ago i felt a hand on my shoulder. but i looked and there was nothing. hmm. weird. my moms friend's house is haunted we think. the oven keeps wanting to turn on. same as the radio and TV

 

this is paranormal not a ghost sighting,people tell me i have the abilitie to see this happening when i sleep like one time my family was sleeping in a hotel room and my dad got up to get a glass of water and when he got it has soon has he picked it up i yelled out loud PUT THAT DOWN and there are several other stories ive been told like that yet i never remember doin it,my dad told me when he was a kid and he sleptwalk he would alway wake up in the deepest darkest part of there basement

 

thats wierd... i think it may be kind of a twilight sleep that you were in which is in between sleep and awake. your mind is like uber aware of your surroundings and that kind of stuff happens. hasn't happened to me but when im in twilight sleep the noise level around me seems to go up like i can hear things better.

Here is what happened to me.
Many years ago I was reading a book called "The Shining"
(Jack Nicholson made a movie with the line "Here's Johnny!")
I would read the book before going to bed.
One part of the book was about a character doing something at 3:16 a.m.
The night I read that, I woke up at 3:16 a.m.
For the next two nights, I woke up at 3:16 a.m.

I have no idea how I did that.

You do have to consider your situation before you get too caught up in happenings.

You could be driving down the road at night and pass a fire hydrant.

Or you could hear about reports of little men from outer space, drive down the road and the fire hydrant becomes a Martian.

 

A friend of mine lives in his G'Parents home... they both passed away a while back. He swears that he sees his G'Father walking from the back door through the living room. Also has heard him walking around. I too have heard his footsteps, which really scared the living lights out of me.

i know its not twilight sleep because i probubly would of remembered it but when im in twilight sleep it always dream that im running and i fall,have any of you guys had that happen when you dream you fall and then suddenly wake

 

i've had that before. i had a dream this guy stabbed me in the knee (?) and he picked me up and dropped me off a bridge. i woke up right when i hit the ground. i remember my body convulse spasm and me waking up. kinda weird
