Sorry for the off topic post but with the amount of people here and all the good information always floating around I thought I would ask.

Anyone know a good source of Junior golf sets for kids. My son has a set of Taylor mades(free set) that were cut down for him 2 yrs ago and he has out grown them. I would like to get him new ones but cant find a good local source for them and am starting to look online. I need them for a 46" 7 yr old if that helps in a set of 3-4 irons, 1-2 woods, putter and bag. Looked on Ebay and they have mostly all the same items. I wish I was in Myrtle beach now with all those golf shops there . I promised him new ones since he did a 105 in 18(from womens tee box) !!!! He shoots better than the wife, grandmother and me most of the time....

Thanks for any links or suggestions

I believe you can just get the tailormades re-shafted to better fit his size, ive gotten 2 of our ghetto clubs(200 for the entire set) re-shafted cause we broke em(i have a 105mph swing when really tryin )

hope that helps

2000,

definatly have the TM's reshafted. Take your boy to the club shop and have him fitted, they will probably do it for a small fee. Taylors are nice clubs...a few bucks on nice shafts and your in. my two cents
