3 major American record company's are distributing fake mp3,s on the net.
These mp3's look normal if you download them but actually contain now music at all or just a simple loop.
It is their way to obstruct the illegal downloading.
Anyone on Audiogalaxie, Morpheus or KaZaa who already got one of these fake mp3's.

that sucks. i use WINMX and have not encountered this problem. hopefully it does not effect things too much. we will see.
