Kudos to the F150online Store

Ever since buying a F150, & joining this site, I have purchased several products from Roger Lemere (F150online store)

One such product was a pair of clear corner lenses which I bought 2 months ago.
Yesterday while detailing my truck, I noticed that the passenger clear corner had condensation built up inside it.
I wrote Roger a polite email, and asked him if he had any suggestions on how to fix the problem.

This is his reply:
" Alex, we will ship you out a P/S replacement at N/C. Once you get it you may throw the other one away as it would cost too much to ship it back to us.
If you have any other questions just let me know. "

I had to read it twice to believe it. I was expecting a suggestion such as removing it, drying it out, and putting silicone around it.
Or maybe even another idea I never considered.

Roger's reply blew me away, I was truly impressed.
No questions, no hassles, no BS.

It's refreshing to see a company who provides first class customer service and support.

Actions speak louder than words, and what Roger did spoke volumes.
Thanks Roger, you're a class act. I look forward to ordering more products from you in the future.

I will gladly pay a few bucks more for good customer service.

Thats great! Any other company would tell you to buy another set. Next time I buy something I just might order from him. It all depends on what Iam buying.
