Any other homebrewers in here?
I just started force carbonation on a 3 gallon keg of a cream ale I kegged yesterday. Couldn't help but take a taste. I'm quite pleased. I'm not by anymeans a hop head, so this ones just about right. Should've came out somewhere around 23IBU's. Perfect for my taste.
