I wish that the majority of blacks were like you T-Rex.

Iwao, I already picked that up, brushed it off and put a bandaid on it...

...Sometimes we say what our perception of the World is without thinking. I don't think I have heard a compliment wrapped in a slight like that before. I know it was unintended so, let me rephrase it.
"I wish that the majority of blacks that I come in contact with were like you T-Rex."
Seacrow works in a rough environment, day in, day out.

My bad.

I didn't expect one of your posts to make that much sense. I was still stuck on the whole cross dressing Klingon reference.

I guess to a certain extent we are a product of our enviroment and experience. My company recently deployed some systems for the LA County department of Social Services. Two weeks of working in walefare offices throughout the county had me really depressed.

I don't know what my outlook on life would be like if I had to work there day in and day out.

Thumbs up

I occasionally do volunteer work at the homeless shelters.

Baby, let me tell you I'm the richest man in the world.

OK OK, I see the worst of the worst in every race. It is fair to say that most people in every race are generally good people. Raoul got it right with the "I come in contact with" addition to my statement. No offense to anyone. And Iwao, I do get it, I just forget to be positive sometimes.

So, thanks to Raoul, I stand erected.......I mean I stand corrected.

Angry

You would think a Romulan Fleet Captain would get more respect around here.

OK, that does it. Death Ray at Noon.

Humor is a universal remedy for a lot of the world's problems. Thanks for all the kind comments and reassurances.

I think we all need to check each other and fight this stuff by laughing at it and the people(black, white or otherwise)who persist in using race as a means to divide.

I think Cyberhiker said it best when he said "Human race"......

That means everyone here. Except for Raoul, that is.

Peace.

Exclamation Translation

AjRagno asked me,

"Do you diarrhea, Sir Raoul ?"

To which I replied,

"This is my duty now?"
"(laugh...laugh...laugh)"

I was laughing so hard I completely forgot about the Death Ray at Noon.
So, you can thank him for the World not ending and all.

Since when do Romulans have Fleet Captains

Ranking officer on the vessel would be a commander, Admiral Equiv is a well Admiral

Then ya got Sub Commanders
and
centurion and Lieutenant and Sub Lieu........

Raoul,

Thats not canon. Fleet Captain went out with TOS. TNG now has Commander then Admiral, in the Romulan rank.

Star Fleet TNG is Captain to Rear Admiral.

However alot of Role Play groups use the Fleet Captain rank, its not canon trek.

http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Auro...s/ranksrom.htm

Shows a good chart of Canon Romulan ranks.

Man I feel like a nerd about now.
