deal of a lifetime
i'm in highschool, have a 97 f150 in almost perfect condition and runs great. I have been lookin around for a classic car to restore. I like chargers camaro's and mustangs. Chargers most. Today a kid in class tol dme his dad was willing to sell me his charger!! he said it's in good condition, and has a running hemi in it!!! By good condition i am expecting 1 mabey 2 rustspots. I can fix that. What would be a consiterable price for it? oo yeah it has a missing window too.
Thanks

If it's a numbers matching, running hemi car it should be worth at least 20K. If he sells it cheaper, it's a steal for sure. Restored that car would get from 60-70K at the minimum.
I'm not up on Mopar, so I'm guessing it's a 1970ish Charger? I always thought they were cool looking and I still turn my head when I see one. I think Red is the best color for a Charger.
A car like that deserves a lot of loving care and a full restoration. It's gonna cost you a lot of bucks and time. If you have the means, I'd say go for it. Like Frank says, check the serial numbers. If they match, a fully restored Charger is worth a ton of money.

i think i am going to go with a camaro. 67-69. It cost less, i smore of a crusin car ( i know an old mercury is better for that) and i will not be really screwin with a real collectors item. When i get out of college i will add a charger to the collection i aspire to have.
Well, no matter what car you decide to get, just remember.............if it's a restomod, it'll never be done
. But that's the fun of it, right?
thing that sucks about them is no matter how much money you dump into them, you won't get 1/4 of it back if you decide to sell it.
