What's up with gas prices????

Gas prices in my area have gone up 8-12 cents per gallon within the past few days. If this crap keeps up we'll be back up to $1.50 - $1.75 per gallon for super by summertime!!!!!

Avg super is $1.29 - $1.39 now

The guy was changing the sign this morning on the way to work from $1.19 to $1.29. Prices were $1.09 in early Feb.

Tell me about it. Last week our corner station was $1.04 and when I filled up Sun it was up to $1.12. Went past it again today and it was up to $1.19. These prices are going up steady and quick around here lately.

Tension in Middle East, higher crude oil prices = higher price at the pump

Russia is pi$$ed off because we put a 30% tarriff of steel imports.
They are the 2nd largest producing country of crude from what I
have read. This could definately have something to do with it.
And of cours the greed of the oil companies should be considered.
Free enterprise?
Tell you what, tell all the oil producing countries we will trade a
bushel of wheat, for a barrel of oil.
Better yet, kick their a$$es and take the oil from them, its not
thiers, they are just closer to it than we are.

Marc

Yep, it's about time for the EPA gas production to kick back in. Remember $2.50 a gallon in Chicago two years ago? Gotta love the EPA, in all their infinite stupidity.

"Necessity is the mother of invention." When the gas is all gone, it will become necessary for us to develop some other fuel sources. By driving a Lightning, I am a muse to this whole creative process.

When I first started driving it was 24 cents a gallon. I don't even look at the price anymore

And they cleaned your windshield, checked under the hood, put free air in the tires, and said thank-you

.75 cents a litre here for Sunoco 94. Roughly 4 1/2 litres per gallon, $3.38 per gallon. Getting ridiculous here.
