Hi 1joe1,
I think the production number for 1999 was zero.
There is some info on the 1998 here:

Or if you do not like Raoul's answer,
There was actually a NASCAR option available in 1999. It was nothing like the 1998 NASCAR Truck. The only one I ever saw was red with a yellow stripe down the side that had NASCAR near the back of the truck if I remember correctly. I believe it was to commemorate Ford being the official truck of NASCAR or something like that. Since it was not an official "model" just an option it will probably be difficult to get production info.
Here is a link that shows a 1999 NASCAR truck, I believe the yellow stripe is all it was http://www.provalue.net/users/mstang/99f150.html

1999 NASCAR Production Numbers
1joe1:
Did you ever get a response with production numbers for your truck? I have a similar truck and I have been trying to get numbers for three years now.
It is a black 1999 Ford F-150 NASCAR Edition XLT 4X4 supercab. I know it's not the ugly little 1998 NASCAR single cab truck, and mine has no performance mods or upgrades (that I know of) at all: its only a cosmetic package.
The unique features mine has is special NASCAR embroidered front buckets, a NASCAR sticker on the windshield, NASCAR stickers on each side of the bed and doors with the yellow stripe, and it's also got a simulated carbon fiber NASCAR bug shield on the hood and simulated carbon fiber NASCAR front window rain shield things.
I am in Colorado now and the truck I bought here was originally sold in Missouri I believe it was. I contacted them and they said they remember selling it very clearly because it wasn't a very popular model since it wasn't a performance model, and it took quite awhile for them to sell. When I talked to them, one of the guys there said he thought there were less than 5000 made.
In town so far, I have seen a red NASCAR supercab F-150, a black single cab F-150 and a white supercab and single cab NASCAR F-150s so I know there were many different models and styles of this 1999 NASCAR edition.
If ANYONE know anything more about the 1999 NASCAR F-150s, please let me know.
