How do you let some else use your x-plan pin number? I called the partnership and they said only your spouse can use your pin. Thanks for your help.

 

As far as I know that is correct. The plan does say the truck needs to be registered and titled to you for a period of one year. So I guess, if you're willing to do that for someone you could let anyone you want use it.
