Talking Good Byeto You All

Well folks, I did it! Got an incredibly awesome ALL BLACK 2002 Crown Vic LX-SPORT Monday night. Finally found a dealer who #1 had one,(after 6 weeks of searching for a BLACK one), and #2 was willing to make a decent deal. Gotta tell ya folks this car is AWESOME! So for now, happy holidays to you all and drive safe..enjoy your trucks....I'll be lookin up at ya!

Don't leave!

Best of luck with the car - sounds like a dream come true for you! But, you can still come here you know & offer advice & share your knowledge! We'd miss you if you didn't stop in to say hello! Besides, we want to hear how much you love that car!

f1504me hi, when i first seen you mention that car i thought hmmm never seen one sounds nice. i gotta tell you a few days ago i saw one at the local dealer . black in color. wow, very nice car. looked fantastic, sporty yet roomy. almost though about taking it for a spin and maybe trading my f150 in. couldn't see parking it in the woods while hunting though.
excellent choice in cars, congrats. you don't have to leave though. stay awhile and let us know how you like that beauty. kind of a long term road test for the rest of us.

Hey F1504me, Good luck with your new ride. I checked em' out a few years ago and was very impressed but hard to spend the big bucks then! Used to spend some time in Upland. Had folks there. Drank down at the Seahorse in the center of town and chowed at Martinez' over on Foothill. I here it's gone now. Spent a lot of time out at the River with a great bunch of local people. Grandmother worked in I believe Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona. This was in the late 70's. Were you there? ennis

You don't have to drive a truck to be a truck guy or hang out with the truck people........it's all a state of mind.

Cowlady is right hang around.

Sounds like a nice car.

No need to go. If I changed vehicles I would still hang out here.
That Crown Vic sounds like a sweet ride. I think I've seen one around my area.
If I were going to get a car like that I think I would wait till next year and go for the 2003 Mercury Marauder. That one looks cool and has a DOHC 4.6. http://www.motortrend.com/june01/marauder/1.html

Hey let us know what you think of the new ride. We are truck people and also Ford people.

Tom

That is one nice ride, now time for mods.......can you say V10. look in the new hot rod mag, someone already has, basically bolts in. The black (and white) crown vics are what the local cops have.
