I am attempting to upload pics of my truck, but keep getting the following error:

Error Occurred While Processing Request
Error Diagnostic Information
Error processing CFFILE tag

The MIME type of the uploaded file (image/x-png) was not accepted by the server. Please verify that you are uploading a file of the appropriate type.

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFFILE), occupying document position (6:1) to (6:173).

Here's an idea: check the format of the image you are trying to upload.
Maybe only .jpg's (and possibly .gif's) are allowed. No .bmp's, .psd's, or .png's ect.

 

Actually, the photo gallery application is supposed to accept "PNG" files...but as is the case with jpeg's and gif's, not all png's are alike. I am guessing that the software that was used to create that particular png file may have added some custom information...but I cannot be sure. If the file is not that large (less than 300k), please feel free to email it as an attachment to webmaster@f150online.com and I'll see what I can do...
