Talking Check this out

Mpeg video of a drag race between a Chevy 2500HD 6.0 crew cab and a 5.0 Mustang. The camera work is shaky but it is clear who won...I was suprised.

wow i figured the truck would win but not by that much.
mustangs really aren't a hot car anymore. was thinking about getting one this past summer so i drove one mustang and then just for comparison i drove a camaro. sorry folks those two cars are not in the same class.
the mustang is more like a quick old mans car, rather then a hot rod.

just to protect me from future flames i will say the mustang looks 100% better. love the styling just wish they'd make it go fast. before you say it if i wanted to drop 30k on a vehicle for a cobra i'd either buy a lightning or a vette.

Must've been a six banger in that 'Stang.

My son used to race his stock '88 5.0 GT and posted mid 14 sec. quarters pretty regularly.

For those of you that are interested in the 2002-03 Mustang Terminator:

I didn't watch the video because im bandwidth challenged but its hard to believe that truck could win if both are stock.
