Price for 01 Crewcab 4x2 XLT

I can get one of these for $22,900, msrp is a little over 30K. It has quite a few extras too. Does this deal sound too good to be true?

I say it sounds like a good deal to me since they want to sell off all the 2001's left on the lot and this late in the year they will cut the price down low since they want to get it off the lot.

Not too good to be true, end of year, Ford offers the dealers a rebate to move 2001s off the lot.... they are offering some of it to you....
