LOL, yeah...guess so. I do remember playing K-State in the 1998 BigXII Championship, though. When they got way up on us in the beginning of the third, a bunch of their fans started throwing oranges on the field and talking trash (I even had an old woman...at least 60...pop off to me about "making such a long drive for nothing"). The look on their faces after the 3rd overtime was priceless. Needless to say, they handled the loss much better than I though they would. The silence in the place about 10 minutes after the game was amazing...I think they were just as stunned about losing as we were about winning. They still graciously congratulated us after the game, though. Nice folks for being stunned like they were.

Nickel-
Be ready when y'all come to College Station in January. We're off to our best start since 1994....4-1. LMAO! Oh well, at least Melvin Watkins is moving us in the right direction.

Thumbs up

LMAO!! That's great! And yeah, I agree about Nebraska fans. They are the absolute classiest folks I've ever been around. Even when we beat 'em in '98, they congratulated us and bought us beer all night long.

Nebraska is a great place to go also. They got a bunch of corn fed boys up there that look like giants. Im looking forward to the KU vs. Mu game this year. I am from missouri and go to Ku, so it will be interesting. Go MU but don't tell anybody.

Wink

It would be an Aggie joke if we had cheerleaders! I think we're the only school in the nation without a squad...God bless the Yell Leaders.

Post is 6 years old . . . about entirely different teams.

In other news . . . I wonder what ChristyAnn is up to these days?

Damn, I miss having a Lightning.

Most fun driving I ever had.
