always check the sellers feedback. not just the number next to their name, they may be a great buyer, but reading the feedback will tell you if they buy or sell.
also CAREFULLY read the description of the item.
so far i've had nothing but good experiences on ebay. just remember if it's too good too be true it probably isn't what you think it is.
