The Pro OBL demonstrators are using a poster which is manipulated by a Dutchman.
He pasted an Image of Bert from Sesamestreet in the image.
The company who printed the posters grabbed the image from Internet.

And there he is: Bert

Forgot to tell that this is a Reuters Press photo and that it travelled all over the world.
Only few people did notice Bert.

 

I still don't understand the connection between a Sesame Street character and Bin Laden. Can somebody explain?

I think this is something similar as the guy who was on the WTC-building.
The guy's picture is everywhere through history.

Bert is associated with evil, I am told.
Don't know why.
He is offen seen on other images with evil persons.
Someone from San Fransisco started this.

That is what I know about it.


Bert is not known in the ME but why didn't they notice Bert when they printed these posters.

Why is Osama spelled "Usama" on the poster? Is it another one of those optional spellings like we had with that guy from Libya, "Quadaffi", or something like that?

 

I think O.... is Western spelling.
