We have included your original post below:
Do not buy a warranty when purchasing a new vehicle. You will hear, "that's not covered', or "not covered due to a road hazard" or "there is no recall on that" or "we checked it out & it's fine" Save your money, Ford offers nothing outside of their original factory warranty & then it's like pulling teeth. Spent $2,200 at 'Milnes Ford' in Lapeer Mi. & heard every excuse there was. Sure, a Ford Rep will contact you, ask you to e-mail them & NOTHING happens!! The last response from 'Business Manager' Keith Perry, at Milnes Ford was, "I tried everything, I don't know what else to do". I felt that smoke being blown up my ****.

If you have any questions or concerns about this removal, please reach out to @JackandJanet.

Where is my thread posted as a Duplicate? I been trying to resolve this issue with Dealership & their 3rd. party warranty company, 'The Treatment'. I see no other choice but to warn potential buyers of the experience I've encountered, pertaining to purchasing a warranty. I understand it is a negative comment but if I pay for a warranty, I expect Ford to honor our agreement. Yes, I tried reaching JackandJanet, funny that an error keeps occurring, when I submit.

Mark, I removed the other thread you started on this topic because, as I informed you, it essentially duplicated the one that appears when you click on the link serotta gave. You can always PM me if you have concerns. I have no idea what method you tried that gives you an error when you try some other way.

We try to avoid duplicate threads on a topic in this forum since they simply clutter up the forum to no purpose. It would be similar to every member in this forum PMing you about some issue that interested them. It becomes very "spam-like".

We all understand that you are dissatisfied with the extended warranty you paid for. Perhaps the adage "Buyer Beware" is appropriate. Before you pay for anything, you are cautioned to exercise due diligence, know what you are buying. Read the terms! If you felt the dealership misled you, complain to Ford.

I'm closing this thread, since there's no reason to keep it active, but I'm leaving it in place so everyone can see your concern. Again, if you feel the need to discuss this with me, send a PM.

- Jack
