2020 superduty getting a new gas V8
I've heard rumors and chatter on youtube for about a year now, but ford has finally made it official. The old 6.2 gasser will be the base engine, and the 6.7 powerstroke is still on top, but slotted in between will be a new 7.3 (446 ci) gas engine. It's a 2 valve cam in block design with the coils on top of the valve covers like a GM LS does. They say there will be no direct injection, just sequential port injection. Power figures have not been released yet, ford is keeping it close to the vest until just before the 2020 production starts. Rumors are it will be in the neighborhood of 500 hp and 600 tq. There is another rumor that ford may downsize it to either 427 or 429 ci and put it in the next gen mustang somewhere around 550-600 hp N/A all motor.

Also it gets a new 10 speed auto, the 10R140

All kinds of rumors about this engine. It will be a cast iron engine which would make it far too heavy for a car application. Think late 60's Mustangs with the 390's. They go straight real good but they don't handle/turn at all. Bore spacing I got was the same as a 5.4 which means this is going to be a long stroker engine. I highly doubt the HP numbers and I think the twist is probably going to be just under the Powerstroke diesel. I'm a fan of the design as I've heard about it. The heads will be a 4 valve and resemble the old poly heads of the late 50's, early 60's. Call them a semi hemi, if you will. Pistons will be oil quenched like the diesels. Any and everything you hear or even see today is subject to change by the time it hits the streets. I'd label it as still in pre-production which means changes are expected.
