I shared this witty verse I found on Facebook because I shared the same feelings. I think it sums up the nonsense we're all seeing in a manner that even the people complaining should understand. (they probably won't, but ehh I don't care)...

BREAKING NEWS: Chicago Cubs are being forced to give up their World Series title.
Cleveland Indians fans have rioted across the country in protest of the 2016 World Series. Despite knowing the rules of the game prior to playing, they were unhappy they lost and demanded the outcome to be changed. They could be heard chanting #NotOurWorldSeriesChampion all across America.
Even though the Cubs won 4 games and the Indians only won 3, since both teams scored 27 total runs throughout all 7 games, they are being declared co-world champions.
When questioned, Commissioner Manfred stated, "We felt as though it was the right thing to do for the nation. What kind of example would Major League Baseball be setting if we expected the adults who play this game, and their fans, to gracefully accept defeat? Instead of creating a bigger divide between the Cubs and Indians, MLB is confident that the Cubs will gladly share their victory with the Indians."

IMO, What we're seeing in all these people that won't accept Hillary's defeat is the direct result of the let's-make-every-one-feel-good-policies-about-themselves that have been used in the schools for the last 30+ years. No one ever fails a grade, no sports team ever "loses", and every contestant gets a trophy. The problem is that none of these children, yes, they're 30 something years old but they're STILL children, have ever learned how to accept losing at anything.

 

As much as I hate Trump and his sleazy family, he is anti illegal immigrant and not anti immigrant. The left wing liberals need to let it go.
Obama always seemed to throw law enforcement under the bus before the actual facts were in and Trump supports LEOs. Obama was 100 times more racist than Trump.
The protestors need to go home and watch their big screen TVs that the tax payers funded.

 

Good analogy, I actually live just outside of Cleveland and I am an Indians fan. The cubs just outplayed us in games 4,5,6,7 and they deserve the win. I was upset for about 20 minutes after game 7, but the sun still came up Thursday and life goes on.

Something these protesters need to learn, move on, it's over.


After talking to others at work since the election, I'm beginning to think a big factor in Trump's win is the American public is tired of all this politically correct B.S., the force feeding us the bathroom issue for trans genders, illegal immigrants, The do nothing congress, and so many other things that are slowly sinking us. The voters saw trump as the best shot to right the ship before it sinks.

I myself did not like at lot of things he said, but I still voted for him. If Hillary would have won we would get at least 4 more years of the same crap that we have now.

 

Just anounced that Reince Priebus is going to be his Chief of Staff. I think that is a good decision. He did a great job a Chairman of the Republican Party.

It's more amazing the more you think about it. Trump singlehandedly retired the Bush family and the Clinton family from national politics. Perhaps the kids will come along but the old farts are reetiirreeedd!!!!!

I won't be surprised if Cruz, Kasich and some of the other RINOs aren't also voted out office at their next election. And Bernie... Well Bernie was just a complete sell-out to the Millennials that that wanted serious change in politics-as-usual in Washington. If they have ANY sense, the Millennials will boot him out of office too.

I can only HOPE that the US remembers how ELITIST and uncaring about the general population that the Bushs and Clintons were and NEVER makes the mistake of allowing any of their rotten crotch fruit to get into public office!

 

Ya know, watched my local news (can't stand national or 24hr news) this morning and the sore losers are still out protesting. At least they're being peaceful at this point, probably why the 24hr channels have lost interest in blasting us every ten minutes with fear mongering reports about it.
I notice my facebook is calming down some as acceptance is setting in, there are still "shares" from questionable sources promoting faked stories of hate speech or violence. That's what kills me, it's so easy to just create a story and the lemmings will share it until the media reports it as if it's a fact without fact checking it.

 

I expect that the reason why the protesters have calmed down is because the police arrested a bunch of them Saturday night in cities all over the country. I expect that once the police round up the paid agitators that the rest will quickly lose interest.

I was going to do a self immolation, set myself on fire and burn in the middle of the street for hours.

Instead, I drank half a bottle of tobasco sauce and made woman sounds for twenty minutes.

I've been watching the national networks and even the bill maher show. The liberal progressives still don't understand why hillary was defeated. Their minds are so brainwashed they just can't process it.

LOL! Liberals and Progressives remind me of the old hard line Communists like Trotsky, Lenin and Joseph Stalin; they just CAN'T understand why everyone doesn't see things through the same twisted world view that they have and they only support the idea of Democracy, individual Rights and Free speech as long as EVERYONE agrees with them. Otherwise they're willing to use force or anything else that they have to in order to establish their idea of a "free and equal society".

 

Just watching the ones who preach love and not hate are doing exactly that. Of course in New Orleans it was an opportunity to loot and vandalize so they made sure that was accomplished. If we ever have an all out war and some of these kids get drafted we're screwed. After a year of killings...BLM crap and all these protests against Trump it's easy to see how he was elected.
