I don't think reverse lookup works for cell phones, just landlines that aren't unlisted.

You might want to hire a private investigator.

 

Its only 5 bucks. I ran my own number and it looks like it pulls up some information that may be correct. If I were you I'd run it.

 

try facebook. If the person has there phone number linked to there FB they'll come up. Just put the number in the search bar. It works.

 

I think getting a buddy, or even better trying to get a stranger to call them (so it can't be tracked back to you at all), would work. You really just need to hit his/their voicemail and get a first name so you have more to go off of or can recognize it.
