Is the usefulness of a logging chain dependent upon where you're located? Cause I don't think I'd ever need one of those, even if I tried haha

1) Tire Chains.
2) Canada Goose jacket.
3) Bear spray.
4) Charger for me E-Cig
5) Serp belt.
6) Straps.
7) Extra Canada Goose jacket.
