Old vs New Rear Brake Pads

I changed the oil, replaced the serpentine belt, and rear brake pads on my F-150 today. At 105K miles, the belt had no cracks, or signs of failing, but the brake pads needed replaced:

You had another 15-20 miles left in the old pads, I wouldn't have changed them

I have 146,600 miles on my stock belt and it's not showing any signs of wear at all. I'd like to replace it with a Gator Back belt eventually.

I went ahead and replaced my serpentine belt with a Gates at 125K. If the Gates looks as good at 250, I'll let it go until 400

Nice even wear OP, but no pad left lol
