I've got a younger brother who's got some pretty mild complications, but I know how hard he has to work at some things which I take for granted. So I feel for you and truly wish you the best. And cherish your fiancé, she sounds like a wonderful woman! I've also got a friend that, due to football concussion-caused migraines, has his hormones outta whack and has a rage switch that just flips when his hormones act up. It can be tough sledding but your loved ones will help you get through it. And even though I'm new to the forum, I've been a "silent reader" for a long time and there are a lot of great guys on here who do and will care about your well being. So I feel confident agreeing with wittom that a lot of guys on here do care and would help with advice and things whenever we can. Heart felt good luck
