The 500
X2.. i was the same way with Mark Martin also when he went to a chevy after roush and now a toyota..
Seems like some of the Dale Jr fans are butt hurt cause Danica is getting more attention than Jr. Im sick of hearing about Jr every damn race.. The guy can be running 30th place and they will follow him around the track for laps at a time..When it comes time for the post race interviews they will usually go talk to Jr right after the winner of the race no matter what place he finished.
I think Danica is a damn good driver and glad shes getting attention..
Flame suit is on!

That car doesn't get airborne at a lower speed, and if it does, it doesn't have enough energy to climb the wall like that.
Above 200 mph, the cars go airborne themselves, without interaction from panther car. In order to get
rid of the plates, they would have to slow the cars down. No way to do that without spending a crap load of money unless they go to smaller HP engines at all the tracks, and that will never happen.

The main reason for the wreck is the cars are cookie cutter.
Also the reason it's boring as hell. I don't get it. The IROC series never took off and became popular because it was all cookie cutter but the brilliant minds at Nascar some how thought the cup series would prosper from this

I agree but hell a Ford ain't Ford, nor is Chevy a Chevy, etc, etc. It's a shame.
And of course some of the injured fans are seeking lawyers now.

When they start running hollowed out, souped-up grocery getters with roll cages, I'll develop some interest in the sport beyond an occasional passing glance at news articles and Internet threads.
