STX lower front bumper

Does anyone have a 2003 STX lower valance or complete bumper they would like to sell?

Too bad it's not for a '04-'08. I have the lower metal bumper cover that you can have. But it doesn't have the foglight holes.

I found a dealer in Kentucky that had a new one in stock. Little bit pricey ($799.00), but only one left in the dealer network.

For that price, he can keep it. He must be smoking some good stuff if he's asking that much.

They are VERY rare. Ford only made them for one year. Its a shame, because IMO they are better looking than the HD valences.

I bought mine for 250, has a couple problems and the paint is peeling already (I bought it off a guy who had a red 2003 STX, so I painted it white in my backyard)

For me to pull this off my truck along with the fog lamps, I'd probably charge about what the dealer is. I get stopped all the time by people asking me what bumper I have, and they have this funny look when I tell them its OEM.

I like the look better than the H-D spoiler as well. The H-D spoiler costs about the same and looks kind of out of place on a stock ride height F150. I'm going to call Monday and buy it and the fogs. Now I need to either locate a OEM headlamp switch w/fog and a wiring harness in a salvage yard.

Got my new STX lower valance yesterday, looks like the box was dropped in a river and used as a canoe to get it here, but the valance inside didn't have a mark on it. The grille came unassembled, so that will make it easier to paint. Now just got to research what "special" primer to use on the plastic to make the paint adhere well. I had a used left Harley fog lamp I bought off ebay, it is exactly the same as the new left fog I bought for an STX from the dealer. The fog lamps are same as the H-D F150's.

Also discovered that the wiring harness is already there behind the bumper for the fog lamps. I'm hoping that it is also that way in the dash.

I actually got the 2003 STX lower panel. It looks better on a stock ride height truck to me.

If your truck didn't come with fogs from the factory you're light switch will may not work with the fogs. You'll need to swap it out for a switch setup for fogs. There is a way to mod the no-fog switch but its a pita.

I'm going to call the dealer today and get the headlight switch that has fog lamps but no automatic on/off.

Our fog lamps are the same as the Cobra, Escape, HD F-150, Ranger, and several others.
